Lake City Photo Booths, LLC

Welcome to Lake City Photo Booths, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Deposits
- A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a photo booth.
- Deposits for other rental items are also required and are non-refundable.
- Reservations are confirmed only after the deposit is received.
2. Cancellations and Date Changes
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If the Client needs to reschedule, the reservation may be moved to a different date subject to availability.
- Full payments are not refundable.
3. Liability and Damages
- The Client is responsible for any damage caused by guests to equipment or rental items.
- Clients must sign a contract prior to the event acknowledging liability coverage and agreeing to these terms.
- Lake City Photo Booths, LLC maintains personal business liability insurance.
4. Ownership of Media
- Lake City Photo Booths, LLC retains all rights to photos, videos, and other media produced at events.
- By booking our services, the Client grants permission for Lake City Photo Booths, LLC to use media for website, social media, and marketing purposes.
5. General Terms
- Lake City Photo Booths, LLC reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
- These terms are subject to change; the version in effect at the time of booking will govern.
- The Client agrees to comply with all instructions regarding the safe use of equipment.
6. Agreement
By submitting a booking and deposit, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
